The Clear Payment feature allows you to clear and review all payments that have been through the software. For example, If a client pays his bill using Progressive, Groupon, or a Trade in. You can go into the list of Clear payments and check and review all the transactions that have been made.
- Click on the Admin Tools tab.
- Then, Click on the Clear payments icon.
- Check the Clear box for the Payments you want to clear.
- When done, click the save clear payments button on the bottom right corner.
You can view all your previous payments by:
- Clicking on the Admin Tools tab.
- Then, Clicking on the Clear payments icon.
- Selecting the payment from the list.
- Clicking on the Eye icon to view the payment through the options menu.
