The ability to attach pictures to repairs
I'd like to be able to attach pictures to repair tickets to show the condition the phone is in, as well as for when my tech opens it up and for example it is water damaged. We can snap a picture, attach it to the ticket and show the customer how extensive the damage was. This will help in cases where they customer denies the phone was ever water damaged, or claims it didn't have a certain scratch or something.
Ernesto, I will share your feedback with our development team. In the mean time, I can offer a practice that we in our personal stores; we sometimes paste a link to a picture or article in google docs or document path for example C:\Users\CSP\Pictures\Repairs.
