  1. Needed parts section

    I'd like a field where my techs can type in what parts they need and assign it to a certain ticket. A field where they can type in the website where we can find the part would also be great. That way we can place a large order for all needed parts every couple of days.

  3. Buy and sell a phone in the same transaction

    The way the system is set up right now we haved to buy a phone in one order and sell in a completely different transaction. There are multiple times a day we have customers doing trade-ins. It would save us a lot of time if we could process those transactions in the same order.

  4. Inventory - Need ability to see total inventory of all stores

    The inventory system needs the ability to seel total inventory of all stores includng serialized #. I should not have to log into each store and check inventory and then manually add the totals. CellSmart should have the ability to check the inventory of each location and give the combined total of all locations. It should also have the ability to check the serialized number of product and know exactly which location the serialized item is at. Basically the inventory system needs to be integrated in such a way so that I am able to check inventory of one location…

  7. Need ability to create Sub-Status items under the 3 main Repair Statuses (In Process, Not Fixed, Fixed)

    This issue comes from not being able to determine in an eye's glance what's going on with a repair job. Right now the only Statuses are "In Process", "Not Fixed", and "Fixed". In our old system we are trying to migrate from, the following statuses were selected from a dropdown for each work order and were changed accordingly as the job status changed:
    Open
    Closed
    Repair Accepted
    Repair Declined
    Received: Payment
    Received: Parts
    Received: Device
    Order Part
    Waiting on Parts
    Waiting on Device
    Waiting on Pickup
    Under Repair
    Fixed
    Delivered
    Contact Customer

  8. Commission Template

    I would like the commission template to include different % and/or vaues for different employee classifications. For example, a manager make make the most commission, a sales clerk who's been with the company for two years may make more than one who has only been with the company for six months, etc.

  10. If you have time to change the way the CLOCK-IN/OUT window looks...

    ...then it seems like your developers have too much time on their hands. The clock-in window looked perfectly fine except for that aweful looking clock that is too delicate to identify the time on it (ironically, the ONLY thing they did NOT change)

  12. The previous Repair system was much better and more helpful, as well as professional and bugfree than the most recent one.

    The repair system before the major update that changed it was easier to work with: when we hit "Fixed" it popped up with the 3 options (inventory used, no expense, 3rd party). That was the perfect way to do it because it gave us immediate perspective on what to do next to check out the customer the fastest and most efficient way. In the new system we had to go to a different TAB to add inventory (a longer way to do it, and sometimes makes us forget to add inventory - will only remind us when we try to…

  13. Please stop making BIG changes to certain systems such as repairs, layaways, bill pay. Make only small changes

    Because then business owners would have to keep changing their procedures it takes time, money, more unnecessary training hours, and slower checkouts = loss of customers. Also, if one field is deleted we lose stored information that we need. Such as the "Alternate number" in repairs after this recent update. We lost all alternate phone numbers!!

  14. Please stop changing the way the windows and fonts look. About a month ago the software looked aesthetically perfect.

    I recommend you work on the things that really need fixing such as the features that are there but not working. There was no need to fix the check out window, the new customer window, or the add new item in the repair window. These windows looked beautiful and now they do not look good at all. They look like someone clicked the zoom button on the screen.

    We show the average cost because we believe this information is more valuable since products are purchased at different amounts. If you would like a static cost, then you may enable this within the product edit window

  16. Also get back some features that were important such as the small icon for "Notes" ...

    ...and PLEASE add the Points collected (or dollars) when making a bill payment or checking out register. That way we can say "You have $4.50 in points collected, would you like to apply it to your balance?"

  20. Auto Save

    When Creating an Invoice the system crashes or restarts and we loose the Invoice in process, If the system can auto save every some time it will save lot of time of redoing all the work lost.
