  4. Undealeateable customer Notes by Users.

    Is is possible when users enter a note, it can not be edited or deleated, this way we will always know exaclty what happeed, and there is clear history of notes, instead of the notes been able to be edited or deleated on future use by any one. Thanks

  6. Fix the timestamps in the reports..

    If you create a report, say for bill payments at the end of day, the payments used to be timestamped in chronological order from earliest to latest. Now the timestamps are out of order and very confusing when trying to compare our daily payments to our register tape. Will you guys work quickly to patch the latest update that caused this issue?

    When you go to ring up a serialized phone, it gives the option as the following
    New Activation
    Upgrade Phone
    Just Phone
    Port In
    Sim Only

    If you could add BoostUP and Add-A-Line or maybe give dealers to add their own in for maximum flexibility. It would help manage sales sold of certian types

    I would like to customize the reports to see only items i need to see.

  9. Create technician report

    Many times i need to pull a report of who did what repair, we should have the ability of creating a report for all device repaired by xxx technician.

    Right now we only see a report of who sold the repair service but that doesnt mean that it was the same person who did the repair.

  10. Copy the amount on Epay to the reciept

    I mean copy the amount costumer own on their account to the reciept automatic.
    This feature I belive he had before now on the updates changes, can you put it on back this will help out us to mach payment on epay vs Cellsmat

    cell smart is supposed to be able to track activations.
    in the previous cell smart you could easliy see how many
    boost activation
    other carrier activation
    upgrades
    and just phone sales
    this new version does a horrible job at it.
    these as well as trending should be easy to see dailey and it isnt
    no are the numbers and the trends accurate at all.

  13. Total Amount Field for Vidapay Integration Check out.

    " Total Amount in Vidapay Check out" Although Vidapay is now integrated with our POS, "Thank you" when selecting a cusotmer number and adding the customer plan, the system won't give Total amount before buying the Pin on Vidapay, it just give the plan amount, the Taxes and any fees broken down in differnet fields, but not the Total. This would be helpfull as we give the cusotmer the Total amount before we buy the Pin or do an RTR. Thank you for the consideration.

    We have here currency in the following manner.

    But your cash count the whole thing different. Can you provide us th UK cash count as we are in the UK.

  17. Restock and mark as sold transfer received item

    We can neither "mark as sold" any transferred received item nor "restock" it. This one must be done in priorty basis as we cannot adjust our stock.

  18. Ability to have more editing options in Customers list

    My current problem is this:

    I have been entering my quick books customers into this pos system.
    I used the new, customers option. I now have more than 300 customers and wanted to check out the send promotion option.

    To my surprise i just find out that if I want to send my metro customers a metro only offer I have to put them into the metro option there and select them, nothing crazy there. All my customers are now in no specified category.
    So from what I have been seeing I have to go to Qpay tab list and…

  19. Approve larger discounts on the fly

    I'd like to be able to approve a discount larger than what they employee is approved to give on the fly without having to log out then back in under my own login.
